We have been receiving financial advice from HQBFS for a number of years. Our decision to move from the Coffs area resulted in the dilemma of finding a local adviser to support our pension platform.  Review of advisers that were within reasonable commuting distance of our new location did not yield results we were comfortable with and we contacted Craig to determine the ability of HQB Financial Solutions to support our needs via phone and/or internet.  With little fuss Craig set up arrangements for remote service and we have now completed our first review in a very satisfactory manner.  Craig provided all the background data in advance and ensured via Skype video link that we understood products, options and proposals which may have been of interest to us.  We are very satisfied with the new arrangements and intend staying with Craig and HQBFS for the foreseeable future.
